We learned how to do a Sketch & Jot today when we listened to the story Brave Norman.
We learned how to write a summary.
We had our first Back to School Assembly today with Bucky and Mrs. Sheard got branded.She is now a true MmmmmmUSTANG. Mrs. Sheard is our college student teacher.
Brave Norman is a very special dog. I bet your class enjoyed reading the story about him. By the way, I love the picture of the cute blond haired boy!
ReplyDeleteI laughed like crazy during the assembly this morning. What a creative and awesome way to illustrate to the kids "good behavior/attitudes". I enjoyed seeing the Round-Up Court and Happy Canyon Princesses and Bucky was great too! We are happy to be a part of McKay Elementary and more imporantly Mrs. Schimel's class. Thank you for creating such a great atmosphere for the kids. :-)
