Jump Rope Challenge

Today in PE I finished my white club for the jump rope challenge and I am going onto my blue card and that is the hardest one you could ever get. I already finished my red card and that is the easiest one you could get so that one was easy to pass on the test. Written by Olaf

Kodable

Kodable is a fun strategy game. In Kodable you play as a puffball and you are trying to get to the other side of the map. To get to the other side you have to use arrows and put the arrows in the boxes and that's where you move your puffball. The puffball you play as can be changed if you want to, every level you beat, like the level Test Your Skills gives you a new puffball you can play as if you beat the level. You have a limited amount of boxes and you should collect the coins if you want all three stars. There are a lot of levels, there are three levels the first level is Smeeborg and the second level is Function Junction and the the last level is Bugs Below. Each level has four levels the first level has the levels, 1,2,3 Roll! and the the other levels in Smeeborg is If Fuzz Then Roll, Loopy Lesson, and Test Your Skills. The rest I did not get yet I only have Smeeborg but if you played the other levels tell me what do you do in those levels in the comments. By Garfield

Table Spots

Today at school we got new table spots and I sit by Anna and Donald duck. We sit at the red table and our table is called Africa and we are sending cards to kids in Uganda and that is really cool. School Pet

Today at school we saw this cat and he is really fluffy. I think it might be a girl and I call it whiskers. It is a cat and the colors of it is white and gray. I keep on seeing the cat around school like at recess and I even saw her outside the widow of the cafeteria and also in PE. She snuck into the PE room when the door was open. Medieval Math Battle

Math Battle is a fun math game that your supposed to fight monsters and when you defeat monsters you sometimes get items, gold, and experience. If you do get some new items you can go to the shop and buy that unlocked item. There are also potions. The potions you can get are the health potion, the lightning piton, the shadow potion, the tornado potion, the mystical potion, the dragon potion, and the last potion is a chaos potion. The health potion heals you. The lightning potion shoots lightning and does damage. The shadow potion makes a shadow and does damage. The tornado potion makes a tornado and does damage. The mystical potion does some magic and does damage. The dragon potion makes fire and does damage. The chaos potion does chaos and also does damage. The dragon and chaos potions do the most damage. The lightning, shadow, and the tornado potion does the least damage. The health potion is the only potion that heals. The potion damage comes after you hit the monster. Whenever you fight you have to do a math problem and if you get correct you hit the monster, if you get the math problem wrong you don't attack and it skips your turn that time. Sometimes you will fight different monsters and you will gain more health the more you win monster battles. The monsters you fight will get more health too, they can get up to a lot of health but the more you play the more strong items you will get. Also the more you play the better you will get at math, that means you will win more monster battles than you have been. It is also a one player game and when you beat a monster the kid you are playing as says I win! Yeah but I say that the game Medieval Math Battle is a super awesome game, that's my opinion. Valentines Day

For our valentine party instead of bringing candy we have to bring a sample of something made in Oregon because it is Oregon's birthday. I am kind of sad because we don't get to bring candy because I think it is fun to bring the candy but I have a surprise for my teacher and the kids in my class and it has something to do with a piece of paper. Today at school we got to see people dressed up like they are wax and my sister was in it and you have to be a retired person or a dead person the was famous so my sister was Queen Elizabeth and I think she looked good with her dress and her crown and I like the way she did her hair and when I am in 4th grade I want to be a basketball player but I don't no what basketball player I am going to be. written by Olaf

Valentine's Day

My Weekend

My dad and I are going to work on my valentine box. I am going to build elephant. I made the tail out of paper, the legs are toilet paper rolls. So far I have 3 legs and looking for one more. Daddy Daughter Dance

Tomorrow 2/7/15 is the daddy daughter dance. At the daddy daughter dance you can dance with your dad. It's called the daddy daughter dance because you can only have a dads and a daughters. Me and my friends always meet. This year I've invited my grandma to help me with my hair. I'm going to have her curl my hair and put a pink flower in my hair. I am going to were a hot pink dress with high heels and a black purse. I can't wait till the daddy daughter dance.

Quiet Reading

This year in my class we have to find a good chapter book and mine is Otis. We have to get a paper and it will have lines for your character in your book. Then it will have a bigger line and a box for the date and the big line is to write what happened in the story so far. There will be a line and that is were you write the title of your book. Uganda Bracelet

I finally finished my bracelet for my friend in Uganda and it looks really good. The colors I chose for my bracelet were orange and green. I think I chose really good colors because they go to get her really well. I cannot wait until my Uganda friend gets it and I think she will like it.

YodelOh is a fun math game where your a shepherd and you do can do multiplication, division, addition, and subtraction.you try to get the questions correct and keep the sheep inside the their pens, whenever they come out you have to tap on them. Best Friends

Best friends Claire and Kyah are my best friends me and Claire met in first grad and me and Kyah met in swimming in the summer time but we were not rille fiends then we just talked. but wen school started we were in the same class then we begin playing together that's how me and Kyah be cam friends.

My Ants Baby

My aunt just had her second baby the first baby was a boy the second baby was a girl my first cousin is two years old. My other cousin is a new born. I heard she has lots of clothes all ready my first cousin has more clothes than me it feels like it but I think I have more clothes than my first cousin my cousins names are Gavin and Joise I was at home watching Tv and when I came out of my mom and dad's bedroom I said did Aunt Cathryn have her baby yet my mom said yes I was so exited. I asked did she have a girl or a boy my mom made my guess I guested it was a boy she said no then I guested a girl my mom said yes. She got out of the hospital on Wednesday.Josie's birthday is in January .My aunt lives close to my mom's mom my grandma is going to come came to our house. 

The Time I Saw My Baby Brother

To day was the day that my anat Mary stayed at my house it was time to go to bed my mom went to bed early Mary stayed up like me and my anat Mary.In the middle of the night my mom said her water broke . My mom said to start the car my anat went and started the car like my mom said and we drove to the hospital the doctor.It was morning my grandma toke me to breakfast in the hospital then I got to see my baby brother.

Rafting

The first time I went rafting was out by the reservoir it was fun .next time I go I'm going to have fun. I think my sister would have fun.

Code Squad

Code Squad is something where you can choose if your going to do division, multiplication, addition, and subtraction. Then you have to choose easy, medium, and hard. When your done choosing you can play with four players. You try to answer every question to stop the bomb. If you get too many question wrong the bomb will explode and if one player does five questions wrong that player is out. There will be rounds if you finish one the players that are out are back in. You can try again if you don't stop the bomb. Sometimes it will flash red then you have to hurry up or the bomb will explode. When you play it you don't need four players you can play with three, two, or one player. I'm on division you can start with addition, subtraction, multiplication, or division. Uganda Bracelet

In school we are making bracelets for our friends in Uganda. The bracelets are hard to make but they are a lot of fun to make. Mine looks really good but when I started it looked like a big friendship knot. I thought that it was horrible at the beginning but now I'm almost done and it turn out really good. My Moose

The Best Hunt

     The best hunt I have ever took was elk hunting.There was two feet of snow it was riley sticky.So me and my dad had a snow ball fight we sent up camp then my dad's friends came. we had a trailer they had a really big taint then we told story's then We woke up at 5 clock. I throe a snow ball at my dad he got mad. We took a hik then we stopped my dad's friend went a different way. So we went farther then we came back we went to get the pick up. We got my dads friend then we came back there was a big hole.My dad said, how can we get ofer, we drove ofer it we got stuck so we toed it I was in the truck stirring it I hit my head on the window it hurt! We got to camp we at the worst food ever hamburger helper. I did not like it so I had a sandwich it was good. the next day I went to my Grandmas house my dad was still at camp. my mom and sisters Where at my grandmas house to.two days later my dad came with a cow elk. When me and my class walked in the room we saw a package and it was pretty big. Then my teacher said come to the rug and the after she said then she said I now you are wondering what is inside this package. It is something from our friends in Uganda. And when she opened it. Some day's when we get back from lunch we rite to Uganda. It is a lot of fun but some times it is sad what they rite back. Christmas Party

In Mrs. Schimel's class we had a Christmas party we made Olaf stir sticks and then when the party started we got candy canes and hot chocolate and marshmallows it was awesome I loved that party.

Battle Of The Books T-shirts

Today I am going to talk about my teams Battle of the books teams T-shirts that we made. First my mom got some special paper at the store then we got our own white T - shirts next on the computer my mom printed our team name on the paper. (Super amazing awesome.) Finally we colored our shirts with fabric markers. That is how we made our team T-shirts.

Battle Of The Book

In McKay Creek school we do Oregon Battle Of The Books. My team and I went to the pool play and went against a 5th grade team and won 43 to 27 our secant battle we won again against anther 5th grade to 41 to 11. We where so excited about it! Cheese Ball Toss

Cheese ball toss is awesome! In cheese ball toss you have to have one partner and one partner has to have a hair net and one has to have at least 30 cheese balls and then you put whip cream on the hair net and then try to toss the cheese balls on the hair net about 3 feet away.

My Moms New Baby

My mom had her baby and she named Emmalyn Elizabeth. CShe has strawberry blond hair and gray eyes. She was 9 pounds and 19 inches and 4 ounces and was born in January. She is 7days old She is so cute By Sven

Chedoball

In third grade since we got a woo hoo black out, we got to do Cheetos How you do it is you get a partner then you put a shower cap on, then mrs. Schimel put cool whip on your head. AR

In McKay Creek school we do this thing called AR. It is this program were you get to read certain books. Then you take a quiz on the book you read. If you get a good score you gat points. If you gat a lot of points you have met a goal and get to pick out a prize. By Donald Duck

Stability Balls

The first day back from winter break we got stability balls. They are just like bouncy balls but they are different. They have our numbers on the bottom so we know who's is who's. When we got them we got to name them. Mine is named fee fee! To protect our balls we had to have rules. They are, no bouncing, protect your ball, keep your ball quiet and keep your ball in your own space. Mrs. Schimel that only third graders can sit on them.they are made just for third grade body's.
