Read-A-Thon Principal Pay-Off Movie Day.As part of our Read-A-Thon principal pay-off students have elected to have a movie "day". In an attempt to find a movie that would interest all ages and be one that students haven't seen many times, the movie Duma (click to see trailer of this movie) was chosen. This is a movie about a boy who decides to return the cheetah he raised from a cub to the wild instead of allowing pursuers to place it in captivity. This is a PG movie for mild adventure peril. It is our district policy that we inform parents if we are going to show a PG movie. If you would prefer that your child NOT watch this movie, please let me know and we will find an alternative option.
Today we received our green shamrock charms from our Shamrock Shuffle from yesterday.
