Off to a Busy New Year!

Ms. Schimel introduced a new word work project today. It is called Boggle. We try to find as many words as we can using the letters on the board. She likes us to start by finding the shortest words first, then the longest words. We can have help from home too. :o)

We have new apps on the iPad to help us learn cursive, writing, and math.
Kabaam, Times Table, + Bubbles x, and Big Trace.

We also started creating digital art today. CK made a snowman.

Very fun game! I made a word using all of the letters on the Boggle board.

The snowman is adorable. I wish we had real snow on the ground.

Seems like when I check out your blog, you are learning something special and new.

What a great way to start 2012.

It was great to see you.

Your smiles always warm me up inside.
Keep up the good work, and be sure and tell your wonderful Mrs. Schimel thank you for being such a great teacher. She is very special.

I love the game boggle and my mom found a word that uses all the letters but she's not sure if it is a word. The word is "wolfsnake."
