Happy Birthday LG. We had fun getting to know you even better today and making you your birthday book.
We played a new game today to help us practice rounding to ten.
I opened up our classroom store today. I do this once a month so students have the opportunity to spend their money that they have earned. (2 pennies a day for working hard and doing their best). I love this day. It reinforces good behavior and is so exciting to them. They are such good shoppers. Some of us saved some money so we can get even better items next month.
There was a lot of math going on while we counted money and figured our change. BU is checking to make sure he has enough.

I love this! JS is up to no good. She purchased this at the store and I can't wait hear her story in the morning.
